CHESTER – The Chester School District Board of Education will meet in executive and regular sessions Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in the Chester Early Childhood Center located at 2319 Old Plank Road, Chester, Ill.

8.1 The Board of Education adopt the Resolution directing the Regional Superintendent of Schools for The County of Randolph, Illinois, to certify to the County Clerk the question of expanding the use of revenues from the currently imposed County School Facility Sales Taxes to include school resource officers and mental health professionals, for submission to the electors of the County at the general primary election to be held on March 17, 2026.
8.2 Approve the Elevator Maintenance Agreement with Phoenix Modular Elevator
8.3 Approve the Change Order for additional soffits and layout changes for the Media Center Phase 3 project in the amount of $2,641.11
8.4 Approve Pay Application #3 with Samron Midwest Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $151,458.88 for the Professor Sharp Media Center Phase 3
