Congratulations to our Lady Pirates on their first win of the season tonight.
Down 10-6 in the bottom of the seventh, these ladies battled and tied the game 10-10 and won it in walk off fashion in the bottom of the eighth.
It would have been real easy for these ladies to quit being down in the last inning, but (last) night showed the true heart and character we have at Perryville High School and the never die attitude our athletes show in all the programs here at PHS.
