54-year-old Aaron James Stoner of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant through the Dunklin County Sheriff’s Office on the charge of obstructing court order.  No bond allowed.

43-year-old Carl Eugene Hardman of Bloomsdale was arrested on a failure to appear warrant through Festus Police Department on the original charge of no insurance. Bond was set at $100 cash only.
