Ste. Genevieve man injured in Route 32 crash

JEFFERSON CITY – A 21-year-old Ste. Genevieve man suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash on Highway 32 near Flieg Drive Tuesday evening.

 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the man was taken to Parkland Hospital by ambulance.

 

The patrol says the crash happened when the westbound 1996 Chevrolet Lumina the man was driving went out of control, skidded off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned into a field.

 

The patrol said it was unknown whether the man waa buckled up or not.

 

The crash happened about 5:55 p.m.

 

The Lumina received extensive damage and was removed by Ste. Genevieve Towing.
