CHESTER — The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office has released its latest report of arrests.

 

Larry D. Claro 67, Sparta, arrested August 11, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for domestic battery.  Is incarcerated.

 

Robert K. Pelker 47, Perryville MO, arrested August 11, 2025 by Chester Police for DUI. Pretrial Release.

 

Michelle L. Welton 52, Germantown IL, arrested August 12, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on charges of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of weapon by felon.  Is incarcerated.

 

Thaddeus M. Monroe 47, Sparta, arrested August 13, 2025 by Sparta Police for domestic battery and aggravated assault.  Pled guilty and was released.

 

Khristopher M. McManus 22, Sparta, arrested August 13, 2025 by Sparta Police on a St Clair County warrant for resisting a peace officer.  Is incarcerated.

 

Gage K. Swearengin 18, Steeleville, arrested August 15, 2025 by Red Bud Police for Possession of Firearm without a FOID card, illegal transportation of cannabis, and unlawful use of weapon.  Pretrial Release.

 

Brenden D. Cooley 18, Prairie Du Rocher, arrested August 15, 2025 by Red Bud Police for Possession of Firearm without a FOID card, illegal transportation of cannabis, and unlawful use of weapon.  Pretrial Release.

 

Victoria L. Louveau 32, Sparta, arrested August 15, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and suspended registration.  Pretrial Release.

 

Kailyn L. Brucker 22, Granite City, arrested August 15, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for petition to revoke probation.  Pretrial Release.

 

Sonny L. Wilson 27, Sparta, arrested August 15, 2025 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a Driving While License Suspended charge.  Pretrial Release.

 

Samuel L.D. Simpson 29, Sparta, arrested August 17, 2025 by Sparta Police for domestic battery, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting a peace officer and threatening a public official.  Is incarcerated.
