JEFFERSON CITY — A 47-year-old Ste. Genevieve woman received moderate injuries in a traffic crash on Route EE in Ste. Genevieve County Wednesday morning.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the woman was taken to Mercy Hospital South by ARCH Evac.
According to the patrol’s report the woman was the driver of a westbound 2020 Kia Telluride which traveled off the right side of the roadway, crossed Straughn Road and struck a tree.
The patrol says the woman was buckled up.
The Kia received extensive damage and was removed by Buckley’s Towing.
The crash happened about 7:40 a.m. at Straughn Road.
