JEFFERSON CITY – A 38-year-old Collinsville, Ill. man was arrested Friday morning in Ste. Genevieve County on a Lincoln County charge.
Raymond I. Woods was charged with failing to appear on a conservation violation.
He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
