JACKSON – Carlen Mulholland of the Missouri Firearms Coalitionwill speak Tuesday, May 6, at 5 p.m. ar a gathering of the Guardians of Liberty in Southeast Missouri.
The meeting will be held at Delmonico’s Steakhouse, 2951 Old Orchard Road, Jackson, Mo.
Mulholland grew up on a local dairy and row crop farm. Like most country kids, she left and realized the city life was not well with her soul. She and her husband (a farm boy from IL) starting with the gateway animal, chickens, when their three sons were little. On 12 acres they garden, care for a small orchard, and raise bees, rabbits, chickens, sheep, hogs, and a dairy cow. On their homestead Carlen and her husband work alongside their three sons where life lessons of soil stewardship, animal husbandry, and the glory of God are taught.
She will be sharing about ferments, fruit, and fungi – lessons from Ma Ingalls. Her presentation should prove to be very interesting and informative.
