A funeral will be held Saturday, February 15, 2025 for 98-year-old Phyllis A. Michaud of Perryville, Missouri who passed away peacefully Saturday, February 8, 2025 at her residence.
She was born June 17, 1926 in Weldon, Iowa to Fred Olan and Lural M. (Pittman) Carrington who both preceded her in death.
Phyllis married Harold Michaud August 22, 1942 in Cape Girardeau, Mo. He preceded her in death on October 13, 2015.
She was a home maker.
Phyllis was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, great grandmother and great great-grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family.
She was of the Christian Faith.
Survivors include three children: Linda (Robert) Troncale of Perryville, Thelma (Tom) Spence of Festus, and Harold R. Michaud of Newhall, California; five grandchildren: Laura A. (Michael) Fitzgerald, Robert-Joseph Troncale, Jeanine-Marie (Jim) Simpson, Harold Andre Michaud, and Justine (Kyle) Feldmann; 14 great-grandchildren; and 10 great great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter and son-in-law: Lydia and Bill Hunt; a son-in-law: Jack Alexander; and a grandson, Matt Alexander.
A funeral for 98-year-old Phyllis A. Michaud of Perryville will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 15, 2025 at Ford & Young Funeral Home in Perryville with Joe VanClooster officiating.
Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
