Notice is hereby given that the St. Mary Board of Aldermen will have a Work Session on Wednesday, February 5^th, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Mary City Hall located at 782 Third Street.

This is an open meeting and the public is welcome to attend

The agenda of this Work Session:

Call to Order by Honorable Mayor – Adam Bequette

Amending Water Rates for Yard Meters Ordinance

Review of All delinquent utilities and amounts due to the city and Repealing ordinance 903 and language with amendments

Repealing ordinance 701 and adopting new language to comply with approved collector elimination ballot measure that passed by the citizens.

City Hall Operations and Hours per Ordinance for City Services provided to Citizens

Anything Else That may come before the board for discussion

Discussion on having a town meeting for Income survey and benefits with questions and answers allotted time at a later date to be held at local venue for Public Input.
