Senior Sadie Greminger named January Rotary Student of the Month

STE. GENEVIEVE – Congratulations to Sadie Greminger, the Rotary Student of the Month for January from Ste. Genevieve High School.

 

 

Sadie is the daughter of Mark and Jesika Greminger.

Sadie’s scholastic honors include: being ranked in the top 10% of her class for two years, earning A Honor Roll, being ranked 16th in her class, and earning the designation of Summa Cum Laude. Sadie has also been a member of Student Council (STUCO), National Honors Society (NHS), Plant Power, Spanish Club, and FRIENDS. She has been a freshman Mentor for two years, and she is enrolled in the A+ Program. Sadie participated in cross country for two years, track for three years, basketball for three years, and served as volleyball manager for two years.

As a freshman, Sadie received the Heart of a Dragon Cross Country Award and was named an All-State medalist in track for the 4×800 relay. Her sophomore year, she qualified for the All-State Cross Country meet. Sadie earned All-District and All-Conference honors in track and was recognized as the Outstanding Relay Runner both her freshman and junior years. Additionally, she was an All-State medalist again in the 4×800 relay during her junior year and was named the MVP Defensive Player for basketball that same year.

In her free time, Sadie enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys shopping, binging new series, and traveling to new places. She is currently employed at the summer day camp at the Ste. Genevieve County Community Center. Sadie plans to attend Lindenwood University and major in Child Psychology.
