National Restaurant Association Show will be held in May

JEFFERSON CITY – Showcase your products to thousands of food service representatives. As the largest food and beverage service marketplace in the Western Hemisphere, the American Food Fair is a trade opportunity where 60,000 food service professionals – including over 4,000 international representatives looking to capitalize on the latest food trends – meet to broker partnerships and reach multiple global markets at once. American Food Fair joins the National Restaurant Association (NRA) to represent, educate and promote the restaurant industry.

The Missouri Department of Agriculture (MDA) will assist four Missouri food and beverage companies with the cost of a booth space. The event will take place May 17-20, 2025 in Chicago at McCormick Place.

Selected companies will participate in the Food Export-Midwest Buyers’ Mission for food and beverage companies. This will provide your company with the opportunity to meet pre-qualified buyers from around the world through scheduled one-on-one meetings to generate new sales leads and build valuable industry relationships.

The deadline to apply is January 10, 2025, at 5 p.m.

Show participation includes:

10×10 booth space, along with standard furnishings

(Cost for airfare, lodging, incidentals, and meals will be the responsibility of the participant. Reimbursement is available through Food Export Branded, GMAP, or STEP programs if eligible. Contact MDA for more information.)
