Hunter Elder signs to bowl and study at CMU

PERRYVILLE – Perryville High School’s Hunter Elder has made it official, signing with Central Methodist University Wednesday.

 

Hunter is the son of Tori Elder. His grandparents are Joe and Judy Zoellner.

 

Joining Hunter Elder for his signing ceremony are: (back row, from left) CMU Coach Kevin Duncan, USBC President Dennis Hacker, Mark Elder, (front row, from left) Hunter’s Mom Tori Elder, Hunter, Hunter’s Sister Hayden Elder.

Hunter earned a BOWLING scholarship to Central Methodist University.  

 

This is the first bowling scholarship that a student athlete has received from Perryville High School. 

 

While at Perryville High School Hunter participated in football, basketball, baseball, bowling, FFA and he worked at a bowling alley.

 

While Hunter will be participating on the CMU Bowling team, he will also be studying Marine Biology.
