A funeral will be held Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024 for 93-year-old Ruth Marie Telle of Uniontown, Missouri who passed away Saturday, November 30, 2024 at The Villas Nursing Home in Jackson, Mo.
She was born November 13, 1932 in Uniontown, Mo. to Otto W. and Emilie P. (Bronenkant) Bingenheimer who both preceded her in death.
She and Donald O. Telle were married on May 8, 1954 at Grace Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on March 6, 2022. They were blessed with 67 years of marriage.
Survivors include three sons: James (Rose) Telle of Uniontown, Mo., John (Donna) Telle of Uniontown, Mo., and Alan (LaDonna) Telle of Columbia, Mo.; seven grandchildren: Sherry (Glendon) Sattler, Susan (Jeremy) Hetzel, Jason (Tina) Telle, Andrew (Rachael) Telle, Blake (Klaire) Telle, Clara Telle and Luke Telle; fifteen great grandchildren: a sister-in-law: Marion Bergman; a brother-in-law: Tom (Bev) Telle; and nephew: Ronald Hopfer.
She was also preceded in death by a sister: Virginia Hopfer; and two brothers-in-law, Walter Hopfer and Carl Bergman.
Ruth was baptized on November 24, 1932 and confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church on April 14, 1946. She was a 1951 graduate of Perryville High School.
Ruth was a Homemaker. She was a lifetime member of Grace Lutheran Church, and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and served on the Altar Guild at Grace Lutheran Church.
Visitation will be from 9-11:20 a.m. Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Grace Lutheran Church in Uniontown.
A funeral for 93-year-old Ruth Marie Telle of Uniontown will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Grace Lutheran Church in Uniontown with Rev. Ted Andrada officiating.
Burial will be at Grace Lutheran Cemetery in Uniontown.
Memorial contributions may be given to Grace Lutheran Church or Crown Hospice.
