CAPE GIRARDEAU — Cape Girardeau County Emergency Management Director Sam Herndon will be the guest speaker at the December meeting of the Guardians of Liberty in Southeast Missouri.
The meeting will begin at 5 p.m. December 3rd at Delmonico’s Steakhouse, 2951 Old Orchard Road in Jackson.
Herndon has four year’s experience in the Emergency Management field, and 11 year’s experience as a first-responder.
The public is invited to attend this free event to learn about how emergencies in our community may be managed.
