PERRYVILLE – The Perryville Police Department has released its latest reports.
34-year-old Kyle Raymond Hahs of Perryville was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while revoked or suspended, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility-first offense.
30-year-old Genevieve Marie Koenig of Perryville was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution: attempting to dispose of plastic baggies of methamphetamine.
Police say Hahs was the driver and Koenig a passenger in a vehicle which struck the rear of another vehicle which was towing a trailer at 11:08 a.m. Nov. 13 at the intersection of St. Joseph Street and Sycamore Road. There were no injuries in either vehicle.
36-year-old Nicole B. Duvall of Perryville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of Old St. Mary’s Road Nov. 8. Police say the arrest was made while they were assisting another agency at the scene.
A leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident was reported November 6th in the 900 block of West Grand Avenue. The vehicle involved was reported to have driven through a fence.
Property damage in the 900 block of Blackberry Lane was reported at 3:07 p.m. Nov. 11.
