JEFFERSON CITY – The State Historical Society of Missouri has awarded a Richard S. Brownlee Missouri Local History grant to the Foundation for Restoration of Ste. Genevieve.
These grants help Missouri cultural history institutions provide access to local history by preserving historical records or educational and program related activities.
The Foundation for Restoration of Ste. Genevieve will use the grant monies to purchase archival supplies for its Mecker Research Library documents and other materials.
The State Historical Society had previously awarded the Ste. Genevieve County Library with a Brownlee Grant in 2019.
