JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest arrest reports.
36-year-old Debonaire J. Rowe of St. Louis was arrested at 5:35 p.m. Saturday in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of felony driving while revoked, and St. Charles County charges of driving while revoked or suspended, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, no insurance and failure to signal. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
21-year-old Haley R. Hausler of Perryville was arrested at 2 a.m. Saturday in St. Francois County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. She was released.
