Arrested were:
Geoffery E. Tubbs 30, Tilden, arrested October 9, 2024 by Sparta Police for domestic battery, unlawful restraint and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Is incarcerated.
Stephen P. Salzwedel 51, New Athens, arrested October 10, 2024 by Steeleville Police for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of controlled substance. Pretrial Release.
Chasity D. Knapp 33, Steeleville, arrested October 10, 2024 by Steeleville Police on a Randolph County warrant for violation of probation. Pretrial Release.
Paula J. Johnson 50, Chester, arrested October 11, 2024 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for violation of an order of protection. Pretrial Release.
Elmer J. Wischnack 44, Hoffman Estates IL, arrested October 12, 2024 by Chester Police for DUI, operating uninsured motor vehicle, and illegal lane usage. Pretrial Release.
Sefton D. A. Steele 31, Sparta, arrested October 14, 2024 by Sparta Police for criminal sexual assault. Is incarcerated.
