JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest reports.
Among those listed as arrested:
45-year-old Terrill W. Wince of Dallas, Texas at 10:07 a.m. Sunday in Ste. Genevieve County on a St. Charles County warrant for no valid license.
He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
