STE. GENEVIEVE – Students and teachers from Ste. Genevieve Elementary and Bloomsdale Elementary have come together to participate in the “One School, One Book” initiative, reading “The Wild Robot” by Peter Brown.
This project aims to foster a sense of community by having every student and teacher in a school share the same reading experience. This year, however, both elementary schools in the district are reading the book together, creating an opportunity to strengthen connections between the two schools.
Elementary librarians Johna Bequette and Missy Tisher are collaborating with teachers, staff, and students to craft a meaningful and engaging experience, celebrating the joy and magic of reading.
