Missouri Community Service Commission announces AmeriCorps Missouri Funding for 2025-2026 operational grants

JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri Community Service Commission (MCSC) is pleased to announce the availability of AmeriCorps funding in support of programs that will recruit and deploy AmeriCorps members to Missouri communities beginning in the summer of 2025.

 

AmeriCorps improves lives, strengthens communities, and fosters civic engagement through service and volunteering. AmeriCorps brings people together to tackle some of the country’s most pressing challenges through national service and volunteerism. AmeriCorps members serve with organizations dedicated to the improvement of communities and those serving.

 

Funding from this competitive grant review will support hundreds of Missourians as they complete terms of service in their communities, addressing urgent needs like education, housing and food insecurity, economic opportunity and environmental stewardship.
