Teenager hurt in four-wheeler crash on Sugar Bottom Road

JEFFERSON CITY — A 17-year-old Ste. Genevieve girl suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash on Sugar Bottom Road in Ste. Genevieve County Saturday night.

 

In his accident report, Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper K. Goforth reported the girl was the operator of a 2016 Honda Pioneer which was southbound on Sugar Bottom Road when it traveled off the left side of the road, ejecting the girl.

 

The accident report states the girl was taken to Children’s Hospital in St. Louis by a Ste. Genevieve County ambulance.

 

Trooper Goforth stated the girl was using a safety device.

 

The Honda had minor damage and was removed by Ste. Genevieve Towing.

 

The crash happened about 6:50 p.m. west of Quarry Hills Road.
