JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.
Among those listed as arrested:
55-year-old Euylan E. Welch of Hazelwood at 10:07 a.m. Sunday in Ste. Genevieve County on a Laclede County warrant for failing to appear on a charge of failing to driving on the right side of the roadway. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
