JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest arrests reports.
Among those listed as arrested:
74-year-old Rafael Sanchez Altamirano of El Paso, Texas was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failing to appear on a charge of operating a motor carrier vehicle on tires with fabric exposed and operating as an interstate motor fuel user without being licensed as such. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
