JEFFERSON CITY — A 40-year-old Perryville woman suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash on Route M in Perry County Friday night.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Lana J. Deere was taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau by ambulance. The patrol says Deere was buckled up.
The patrol says the crash happened when an eastbound Dodge Ram driven by Deere ran off the south side of the road and struck a utility pole and then overturned.
The crash happened about 10:45 p.m. east of Highway 61.
The Dodge had extensive damage and was towed by Perry County towing.
