PERRYVILLE — The Perryville Police Department is reporting the arrest of 56-year-old Toby C. Gibbar of Perryville at 12:33 p.m. Thursday on Feltz Street near St. Joseph Street.
Police say Gibbar is named in an arrest warrant for probation violation.
