Arrested were:
John A. Watts 50, Sparta, arrested May 20, 2024 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of operating uninsured vehicle. Released on recognizance bond.
David R. Dobyns 24, Sparta, arrested May 22, 2024 by Randolph County Sheriff’s Office for DUI, DWLS, Aggravated Fleeing/Eluding Police, Reckless Driving, Illegal Lane Usage, Improper Lighting & Speeding. Is incarcerated.
Dillion W. Bosch 27, Chester, arrested May 22, 2024 by Chester Police on a Randolph County warrant for an aggravated assault charge. Is incarcerated.
Layla M. Burris 22, homeless, arrested May 23, 2024 by Chester Police for possession of methamphetamine & possession of hypodermic needle. Is incarcerated.
