JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest reports.
40-year-old Damarcus R. Brown of Kansas City was arrested Sunday afternoon on a Clinton County warrants for failing to appear on a non-moving traffic charge and failing to appear on a charge of failure to display plates.
He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
