Baseball

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve’s game with Fredericktown was canceled Tuesday. The Dragons will host St. Pius Friday at 4 p.m., and then will host Fredericktown directly afterward. Both JV games are canceled.

 

Ste. Genevieve plays Valle today with the varsity at 4 and JV at 6.

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle defeated Farmington 6-4 Wednesday.

 

JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran lost at Bell City 2-0 Wednesday.

 

The Crusaders host Advance today at 4 p.m.

 

PERRYVILLE – Perryville fell to visiting Meadow Heights 7-3 Wednesday.

 

The Pirates will host Hillsboro today at 4:30.

 

CHESTER – Chester plays at Carlyle today at 4:30.

 

PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent hosts Jefferson today at 4:30.

 

Softball

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve’s varsity and junior varsity games with Scott City were canceled. The games will be made up on Saturday with varsity at 10 a.m. and JV to follow.

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle hosts Oak Ridge Friday at 4:30.

 

CHESTER – Chester plays at Carlyle today at 4:30.

 

Boys’ Golf

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve’s games with Farmington and North County Tuesday were canceled.

 

They were scheduled to play St. Pius Wednesday, but no scores were reported.

 

They play in the MAAA Conference Tournament at Fredericktown Monday.

 

PERRYVILLE – Perryville hosts Saxony Lutheran today at 2.

 

PERRYVILLE –  St. Vincent plays in the Jefferson Conference Tournament Monday.

 

 

Girls’ Soccer

 

JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran defeated Kelly 8-0.

 

The Crusaders host Fredericktown Friday at 4.

 

PERRYVILE – St. Vincent plays at Perryville tomorrow at 5.

 

PERRYVILLE – Perryville plays at Windsor today at 5 p.m.

 

Boys Volleyball

 

JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran hosts Lutheran St. Charles today at 6:30.

 

Track and Field

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve hosted a throwers invite Wednesday.

 

The girls placed first as a team and the boys placed second.

 

The following athletes placed in the top three: Paul Taylor came in first in the shot, Jacob Schweigert was third in the shot, Brianna Abt was first in the shot and in the discus, Emma Goodwin was second in the shot and  Kayden Huck was second javelin.

 

Paul Taylor broke a 30-year school record in the shot. Paul’s throw was 18.89 meters (61.99) feet. “Congratulations to Paul on an awesome accomplishment!”

Ste. Genevieve participates in the MAAA conference meet at Potosi today.

 

PERRYVILLE – Perryville and St. Vincent participate in the Jefferson County Conference meet at Hillsboro today.

 

CHESTER – Chester girls participate in the Nashville Invitational today at 2:30.

 

JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran participates in the Class 2 District 1 Tournament Saturday, May 10.
