PERRYVILLE – The Perryville Police Department has released its latest report of arrests.
According to the report, one of the persons arrested, 45-year-old Kelly Dale Stattler, called the police department March 20th and asked them to send an officer to meet him in the city park to arrest him. Police did so on a fugitive warrant from the Missouri Department of Corrections for violating conditions of his probation.
The second homeless person arrested was 23-year-old Jesse Estrella Esparza, who was arrested March 13th on a fugitive warrant out of the city of Perryville.
