JEFFERSON CITY — A 27-year-old Jackson woman was hurt in a traffic crash on I-55 in Perry County Saturday night.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report the driver was southbound in a 2014 Dodge Avenger which ran off the right side of the roadway and the undercarriage struck a culvert.
The woman had moderate injuries and was transported by Mercy Perry Ambulance Service to St. Francis Medical Center.
The patrol says she was unrestrained.
The crash happened about 8:45 p.m. at the 126.4 mile marker.
The Avenger received minor damage and was towed by Perry County Towing.
