Blanche’s work career included 40+ years in factories within Ste. Genevieve.

Blanche spent her life tending to family, which included Donnie’s career in racing. She was always by his side until her physical condition limited her ability to attend.

She loved to cook, bake and share the goodies with everyone around her. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, soap operas, game shows and puzzles as well as a good bingo or card game. She enjoyed visiting “the boat” with friends to play the penny slots, much to Donnie’s chagrin. However, when she brought home some winnings, she made sure Donnie was the first to know.

Blanche was known to be the life of the party. During her final days, her wit and sense of humor continued to amuse those around her. To quote several of the people who tended to her needs over the past several years. “She’s a hoot!”
