PERRYVILLE — Police in Perryville report the arrests of two men for possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the police report, 40-year-old Steven Caddell of Perryville and 49-year-old Michael J. Woods of Ste. Genevieve were charged following a traffic stop on Highway 51.
