Norma Jean Mueller, 79, of Frohna, Missouri passed away Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, MO.
She was born August 3, 1945 in Highland Port, MI to Albert Otto and Mabel Ruth (Madison) Werner.
She and R. Harry Mueller were married on December 14, 1963 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna, MO. He preceded her in death on June 20, 2022.
She was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church where she sang in the Church Choir.
Norma was a Homemaker and also worked many years as a Substitute Teacher where she was known by students as “Killer Mueller”. She later volunteered as a sitter for hospice.She enjoyed spending her time bowling, biking, fishing, going on girls trips to Concordia Publishing, as well as photography. Norma was proud of her Buick car and the home she lived in and did not hesitate to show off the beautiful view.
Survivors include Three Children, Dawn Marie Klaus of Frohna, MO, Roy A. (Cheryl) Mueller of Asheville, NC, Jim Michael (Tammy) Mueller of Jackson, MO; Three grandchildren, Brandon (Tracy) Mueller of Mauldin, SC, Milan (Stephanie) Klaus of Uniontown, MO, Chase Mueller of Jackson, MO; Seven great-grandchildren, Jace, Tristan, Wyatt, Walker, Waylon, Wyatt, Dravyn; .
She was also preceded in death by Parents; Step-Mother, Elizabeth Ann Werner; Grandchild, Cole Klaus; and two Brothers.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 10:45 am on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Frohna with the Rev. Paul Hoemann officiating.
Burial will be at Concordia Lutheran Cemetery in Frohna.
Memorial contributions may be given to Concordia Lutheran Church and Lutheran Home Hospice.
