PCSD No. 32 Climate & Culture Survey results are released

PERRYVILLE – Perry County School District 32 has released the 2024-25 Climate & Culture Survey Report after it was presented to the Board of Education during Wednesday’s meeting. 

The survey report can be found on the district website at https://www.perryville.k12.mo.us/documents/central-office/board-of-education/climate-and-culture-surveys/566748. It will also be emailed to all students, staff, and parents/guardians.

The survey was administered during advisory/community time to all students in Grades 5-12 between Oct. 21 and Nov. 1, 2024. A total of 908 students participated. The scores could range from one which would indicate disagreement with the statement to five, which would indicate agreement with the statement.

The survey was conducted between Oct. 21 and Nov. 1, 2024, timed so that parents could be reminded of the survey during the fall parent-teacher conferences. It was issued to 6 different groups with questions targeted to each group: Students (Grade 5-12), Parents, Faculty, Support Staff, Administrators, and Community Members. Students were administered the survey during homeroom/advisory period, and the survey links were emailed directly to parents/guardians, faculty, support staff and administrators. Community members were provided the link via the district website and social media platforms, local news agencies, and the Chamber of Commerce newsletter.

The Climate & Culture Survey is required by MSIP-6, and is used to guide the district’s Continuous School Improvement Plan.
