STE. GENEVIEVE – The Missouri Department of Revenue has transferred January sales tax receipts to the city of Ste. Genevieve.
The city’s one percent sales tax brought in $62,392.59, which is $4,606.65 less than was received in the previous month.
The city’s two half-cent sales taxes – for mass transportation and capital improvements – each brought in $29,333.09. That amount is down $3,513.24 each compared to the previous month.
Ste. Genevieve’s consolidated city use tax brought in $43,595.84, which is down 27,481.69.
