CHESTER – Chester won at Red Bud Friday night 53-48.

 

The Yellow Jackets play at Gibault Catholic Tuesday at 7 p.m.

 

JACKSON – Saxony Lutheran lost at Cape Notre Dame 64-41 Friday.

 

The Crusaders play at Jefferson Tuesday at 7 p.m.

 

PERRYVILLE – Perryville beat De Soto 75-54.

 

The Pirates host Festus tonight at 7.

 

PERRYVILLE – St. Vincent defeated Delta-Deering 89-53.

 

The Indians host Herculaneum Tuesday at 7:30.

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ninth seed Valle beat eighth seed North County 71-46.

 

The Warriors play top seed Farmington at 7 p.m. tonight at Mineral Area College.

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste Genevieve lost to Arcadia Valley 60-54 in the MAAA Conference Tournament.

 

The Dragons play at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Mineral Area College.

CHESTER – Chester beat DuQuoin 51-42 to improve to 11-16 overall and 2-7 in Cahokia Conference, Illinois Division

 

The Lady Jackets will close out the 2024-25 regular season this week:

Thursday at Sparta to close out Cahokia Conference play

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve defeated West County 44-39 in the MAAA Conference Tournament.

 

The Dragons play No. 1 seed Park Hills Central today at 4.

Wrestling

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve boys finished first out of 15 teams at the Central Invitational.

 

Ten Dragon wrestlers won their weight class: Drew Roth, Jace Amschler, Brody Winters, Karter Worley, Owen Drury, Mason Langeneckert, Drake Meyer, Avery Dippold, Jacob Warren and Jacob Schweigert.

 

Cam Vogt came in second.

 

Triston Peterson came in third.

 

Dreu Merriman came in fourth.

 

Ste. Genevieve  wrestles in the men’s district wrestling tournament Friday and Saturday, February 21 and 22.

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve girls also came in first among 15 teams at the Central Invitational.

 

Aila Wolk, Hollyn Zangaro, Maggie Price, and Keely Fallert came in first in their weight class.

 

Ragan Picou, Hailey Wheeler, and Aniston Creamer came in second.

 

Kailyn Warren and Kathryn Herzog came in third.

 

Ste. Genevieve  wrestles in the women’s district wrestling tournament Friday and Saturday, February 14 and 15.

 

STE. GENEVIEVE – Valle came in third in the Lift for Life Tournament Saturday.

 

Kalan Fallert (126) and Conner Clanton (138) came in first in their respective weight class.

 

Clayton Stewart (113), Lucas Drury (132), and Andrew Schilly (144) came in second in their respective weight class.

 

Ethan Wolk (132) and Wil Kuehn (157) came in third in their respective weight class.

 

Johnathon Knobloch (150), Mason Folk (175), Cutter Abt (190) and Nolan Prehm (285) came in fourth in their respective weight class.

 

The Warriors wrestles in the District Tournament February 21 and 22.
