STE. GENEVIEVE – The Ste. Genevieve Board of Aldermen met Thursday.
Aldermen Patrick Fahey was absent, but the remaining members of the board were present.
Ashley Crider presented the annual report on the Ste. Genevieve Housing Authority. She noted that the facility is full and there is a waiting list. An alderman asked about constructing new buildings to help house those on the waiting list, but she said the size of the facility is based on the population of the city and it is already maxed out.
She also announced that four or five of the building will be getting new roofs.
Staff reports were presented by Police Chief Daniel Halek and Alliance Resources Local Manager Corey Litterest.
