JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report.
40-year-old Chad R. Sutton of Collinsville, Illinois was arrested at 12:10 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant out of Arnold for violation of financial responsibility. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail pending the posting of bond.
