STE. GENEVIEVE, MO – Last week, the Ste. Genevieve Elementary Dancing Dragons dance team put on a festive holiday program that brought students and staff together to celebrate!
The event took place at the Performing Arts Center and featured a variety of performances, activities, and a special visit from Santa Claus himself.
The Dancing Dragons showcased their talent with energetic dance routines and were joined by the Ste. Genevieve High School Emeralds dance team, the high school cheerleaders, and high school student Jacey Bauman, who all added excitement to the event with their performances.
Students also enjoyed holiday-themed games, including an exciting round of musical chairs that had everyone cheering. Toward the end of the event, Santa Claus read “The Night Before Christmas” to the children, creating a magical moment for all in attendance.
The Dancing Dragons are led by their dedicated coaches, Mrs. Kueker and Mrs. Oechsner.
Their hard work, along with the support of the high school performers, brought joy and holiday cheer to the Ste. Genevieve Elementary community.
