Poplar Bluff man hurt when car hits snow bank on Route O

JEFFERSON CITY – A 72-year-old Poplar Bluff man was taken to Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital Wednesday morning for treatment of minor injuries sustained in a traffic crash.

 

Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper J. D. Collier in his report of the crash stated the man was driving a 2001 Ford Taurus north on Route O when he traveled off the right side of the roadway and became disabled in a snow bank.

 

The trooper says the man was buckled up.

 

The Taurus had minor damage and was towed by Ste. Genevieve County Towing.

 

The crash happened about 7:49 a.m. south of I-55.
