JEFFERSON CITY — A 23-year-old Perryville man was charged with three traffic offenses Monday night in Cape Girardeau County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Reese H. Reagan was cited for driving while intoxicated, following too closely and driving 26 miles an hour or more over the posted limit.
He was released following the traffic stop.
