JEFFERSON CITY – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest arrest reports.
44-year-old Shonda R. Starkes of St. Louis was cited for no insurance, no seatbelt, displaying motor vehicle license plates of another vehicle, and violating the provisions of an intermediate drivers license in Ste. Genevieve County at 9:25 a.m. Wednesday, January 1st.
