A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 4, 2025 for 75-year-old Phyllis Virgie Ann Culton, of Festus who passed away Dec. 28, 2024, at her home.
She was the daughter of Virgil Timothy and Laverne Agnes (Spicer) Culton.
She is survived by three children: Lisa (Kalen) Walker of Festus, Kimberly Culton of St. Louis and Roderique Culton of Imperial; a brother: Kenneth William Culton of Festus; three sisters: Devolia Culton of Festus, Mary Jo Culton of Perryville and Betty Culton of Festus; three grandchildren: Janeisha Culton of Festus, Jeremy Culton of Festus and Keira Culton of Ste. Genevieve; two great-grandchildren: Jaylen Culton and Briah Stepter; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a son: Corey Culton; and a brother: Timothy Bernard Culton.
She worked as a caregiver and a bus driver.
She enjoyed adult coloring books and Paint by Numbers.
She loved cooking, watching sports and playing slots.
Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

A memorial gathering is scheduled from 11 a.m. until a memorial service at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Ave., in Festus, officiated by the Rev. Ryan Sutton.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
