JEFFERSON CITY — Two persons face DWI charges following a traffic crash on Highway 51 in Perry County Saturday night.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the drivers of both vehicles involved in the crash have been charged with driving while intoxicated with serious physical injuries.
21-year-old Bryant Gillogly of Waynesburg, Pennsylvania was the driver of a southbound 2020 Ford Focus which crossed the center-line and struck a northbound 2006 Hyundai Sonata driven by 61-year-old Kenneth Pack of Sedgewickville.
Gillogly suffered serious injuries and Pack had moderate injuries. Both men were taken to St. Francois Healthcare System by Perry County ambulances.
Pack was buckled up, but Gillogly was not.
Both vehicles were total losses and were removed by Perry County Towing.
The crash happened about 10:15 p.m. at the intersection of Missouri 51 and Ozark Lane.
