The Gazebo Park in Chester was alive and busy immediately following the 2024 Christmas on the River (COTR) Parade Saturday December 7. Shown here parade watchers begin to fill the park where food, hot chocolate, inflatables, and other activities were available. It was a very cool-cold night, but not unbearable for most guests.
