JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests.
Among those listed as arrested:
28-year-old Rolando Penalto Salinas of Cape Girardeau for driving while intoxicated at 11:18 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3 in Ste. Genevieve County. He was being held in the Ste. Genevieve County Jail on a 12-hour hold.
