A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, Nov. 18, 2024 for 49-year-old Dorothy R. “Midget” Neilson of Perryville, Mo. who passed away Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
She was born June 9, 1975 in Fredericktown, MO to Wayne Stegall and Edith Christine Neilson of Perryville, MO.
Midget is survived by her significant other Tim Kannenberg of Perryville, MO.
She is also survived by a son: Christopher Neilson of Perryville, MO; a sister: Christina (Juan) Iglesias of Parker, CO, a half brother: Mark (Debbie) Neilson of Salina, KS, and her dog Liam Omar Bub.
Midget was baptized in the Baptist Faith.
She was assistant manager at Ruby Tuesday’s in Cape Girardeau, then assistant manager at Ponderosa Restaurant in Perryville.
Most recently Midget was assistant manager at American Legion Post #133 in Perryville.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m.Monday, November 18, 2024 at the American Legion Post No. 133 Main Hall in Perryville.
A Celebration of Life for 49-year-old Dorothy R. “Midget” Neilson of Perryville, Mo. will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2024 with a dinner following at the American Legion Post No. 133 Main Hall in Perryville.
