City of Perryville’s Tracy Prost named Missouri LAGERS’ 2024 Local Government Hero Award winner

JEFFERSON CITY, MO. – Tracy Prost of the City of Perryville was named the Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System’s (LAGERS) 2024 Local Government Hero Award winner during the system’s Annual Meeting on Oct. 24.

 

 

The Missouri Local Government Hero Award program was created to celebrate the outstanding contributions of the state’s local public workforce and is annually bestowed upon a LAGERS member who has acted above and beyond their call of duty to enhance their workplace, their community, and their profession. Tracy is the sixth recipient of the statewide honor since the award’s inception in 2017.

 

Tracy was selected for this year’s award for her outstanding contributions and leadership over the past 42 years as a city clerk for the City of Perryville. She has supported and overseen many city improvement projects, while providing exceptional service to her fellow community members.
